Build towards advance variations of dynamic and static Asanas, advance Pranayama and Relaxation practices.
Intermediate Yoga course covers practises with extended holding and intermediate-level asanas to develope strength, Edurance and flexibility. This course is open to those who have completed our beginners yoga course only.
The aim of this course is to teach 50 intermediate Asanas which is essential for human to live healthy life. These asanas strongly affect the energy system of the body by stimulating the Chakras associated with physical, mental, emotional and psychic dimensions of the system.

This course also covers basic Pranayama practices to improve lung function and breathing capacity
Mantra Chanting:
Mantra Chanting is an age-old yogic practice that calms the mind and clears the thought process. Our mind releases the positive energy when we chant mantras. This helps to decrease the negative thoughts and reduce stress. Modern scientific studies have found that chanting mantras can also decrease the symptoms of anxiety and depression.
