Intermediate Yoga

Suffering with Stiffness, Agility, Digestion & Breathing problem ends here

Build towards advance variations of dynamic and static Asanas, advance Pranayama and Relaxation practices. 

Intermediate Yoga course covers practises with extended holding and intermediate-level asanas to develope strength, Edurance and flexibility. This course is open to those who have completed our beginners yoga course only.


The aim of this course is to teach 50 intermediate Asanas which is essential for human to live healthy life. These asanas strongly affect the energy system of the body by stimulating the Chakras associated with physical, mental, emotional and psychic dimensions of the system.


Asana and its benefits:


  • Spinal Twisting Asanas for total body health and vitality 
  • Forward Bending Asanas to nourish the Spinal cord
  • Backward Bending Asanans to massage Abdomen and Pelvic organs
  • Surya Namaskara to stimulate and balance Reproductive, Circulatory, Respiratory & Digestive systems
  • Balancing and Side Streching Asanas to Improve body Posture, Balance and Muscular coordination
  • Vajrasana group of Asanas for improved Digestive systems

Pranayama, Meditation and Mantra Chanting

This course also covers basic Pranayama practices to improve lung function and breathing capacity

Mantra Chanting:

Mantra Chanting is an age-old yogic practice that calms the mind and clears the thought process. Our mind releases the positive energy when we chant mantras. This helps to decrease the negative thoughts and reduce stress. Modern scientific studies have found that chanting mantras can also decrease the symptoms of anxiety and depression.
