This group of asana helps to release tensions from the joints and eliminates energy blocks in the joints of the body. It provides profound benefits for people who suffer from rheumatism, blood pressure, arthritis, heart problem and other ailments where robust and dynamic exercise is not advised.

Our systematic teaching of yoga helps learnes to understand, practice and experience the benefits of yoga practices in an organic way. So our course is set up in a way that they learn asanas then practices for a week, observe the changes in the body and mind, discuss about their experience , questions or doubts in the begining of each sessions.
